This Data Policy outlines how AutomationOS manages, stores, and handles data for all agency accounts and sub-accounts on our platform. This policy applies to all Black Label Agency accounts, sub-accounts, and any other account types utilizing the AutomationOS infrastructure.
By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Data Policy regarding data storage, retention, and deletion procedures.
2. Data Storage Rights
While your subscription is active, you have complete access to store and manage the following on the platform:
Videos and Media Files: All video content, images, and multimedia assets uploaded to your account.
Contacts and Customer Data: Customer information, leads, contact lists, and CRM data.
Business and Operational Data: Funnels, automations, campaigns, workflows, and all business-related configurations.
Your data remains fully accessible and operational as long as your subscription is active and in good standing.
3. Data Retention Policy
Upon cancellation of any sub-account,AutomationOS maintains a 90-day data retention period. This policy applies uniformly to:
Sub-accounts
All account types utilizing the AutomationOS platform
During this retention period, data is preserved but access may be restricted depending on the account status.
4. Data Deletion Timeline
Following account cancellation or deactivation, data undergoes the following staged deletion process:
Timeline Status Description
Day 1 - 60 Inactive Data moves to inactive status. Account access is suspended.
Day 60 - 90 Pending Deletion Data is marked for deletion. Recovery may still be possible upon request.
After Day 90. Permanent Deletion All data is permanently deleted from all systems. Recovery is not possible.
5. Reasons for Account Deletion
Account data may be subject to the deletion timeline outlined above for the following reasons:
Non-Payment: Failure to maintain subscription payments or resolve billing issues.
Voluntary Cancellation: Account holder initiates cancellation of their subscription.
Terms of Service Violation: Breach of AutomationOS terms and conditions.
Extended Inactivity: Prolonged period of account inactivity as determined by platform policies.
User Request: Explicit request from the account holder for data deletion.
6. Cancellation Consent
Upon initiating account cancellation, users are required to acknowledge and provide consent for the following:
Understanding of Timeline: Full acknowledgment of the 90-day data deletion timeline.
Consent to Data Removal: Explicit consent for permanent deletion of all account data.
Export Responsibility: Acknowledgment that it is the user's responsibility to export any required data before cancellation.
Sub-account Impact: Understanding that cancellation affects associated sub-accounts and their data.
Important: By canceling your account, you expressly consent to the deletion of your account and all associated data according to the timeline specified in this policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
AutomationOS expressly reserves the following rights and limitations regarding data management:
AutomationOS reserves the right to delete data after 60 days of account inactivity due to non-payment, cancellation, or any other reason as outlined in this policy.
AutomationOS holds no responsibility or liability for any data deleted after the retention period has expired.
AutomationOS is under no obligation to recover, restore, or retrieve deleted data once the permanent deletion process has been executed.
Users are solely responsible for backing up and exporting important data before account cancellation or subscription termination.
AutomationOS shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or consequences arising from data deletion performed in accordance with this policy.
8. Data Export
Users have the right to request and perform data export before account cancellation:
Data export must be completed while the subscription is active.
Users may request data export through the platform's built-in export features.
For assistance with data export, contact our support team before initiating cancellation.
Once the account enters the deletion timeline, export capabilities may be limited or unavailable.
