You are responsible for: Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials Ensuring that your account details are accurate and up to date All activity under your account AutomationOS is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized account access. Eligibility By accessing or using AutomationOS , you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these terms. Use of the Platform You agree to use AutomationOS : Only for lawful purposes Without violating any applicable laws or regulations Without infringing on the rights of others You shall not: Use the platform to send spam or illegal content Reverse-engineer or copy our software Resell or share your access without written permission Payments & Subscriptions All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Payments are collected in advance (monthly/yearly plans). Access is granted upon successful payment. Auto-renewal may apply unless canceled before renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice to users. Refund Policy Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may apply under special circumstances as per our Refund Policy (available upon request or if separately published). Intellectual Property All materials on AutomationOS — including but not limited to logos, content, source code, designs, and visuals — are the exclusive intellectual property of AutomationOS . You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written consent. Third-Party Integrations AutomationOS may integrate with third-party tools such as Razorpay, WhatsApp API, Google Calendar, and others. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or failures of these third-party services. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you: Breach these terms. Use the platform for illegal or harmful activities Engage in fraud, misuse, or unethical behavior Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and data may be deleted after a specified retention period. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AutomationOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: Data loss Business interruption Revenue or profit loss Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days before the incident. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Phaltan,Maharashtra India. Modifications to Terms We may update or modify these terms at any time.
